I’m Krysten Mills, the founder of Muhreen. I’m a wellness practitioner, yoga teacher, and creative who believes in the power of intentional self-care, sensory experiences, and reconnecting with ourselves.
Muhreen brings together my passions for botanicals, sound, movement, and holistic wellness. It is a space where science-informed practices and personal spirituality can coexist, inviting people to explore well-being in ways that feel authentic to them.

I created Muhreen from a desire to make wellness feel more personal, intentional, and accessible. In a world that often asks us to do more, I wanted to create something that reminds us to pause, listen to our bodies, and make room for ourselves.
My approach to wellness recognizes the connection between our sensory experiences, emotional well-being, and daily rituals. It also honors the role that spirituality, cultural traditions, and personal reflection can play in how we understand ourselves and navigate life.

My journey into wellness has been shaped by my exploration of yoga, somatic practices, spirituality, and the relationship between the body and mind. Through these experiences, I began to see how meaningful it can be to create intentional moments for rest, reflection, and reconnection.
What started as a personal interest gradually grew into a larger vision: to build a wellness brand that brings together botanical rituals, sensory exploration, mindful movement, and opportunities for personal growth.
The launch of Muhreen is the beginning of that vision. Through thoughtfully developed products, wellness experiences, and community engagement, I hope to create opportunities for people to reconnect with themselves and discover what wellness means on their own terms.
